Mar. 24, 2022 – Dan delivered an Interaction Design Foundation hosted master class entitled Creating Actionable Personas.  1059 participants from around the world registered to attend.

Upcoming – Dan will be delivering a guest lecture at Lucerne University of Applied Arts & Sciences on the topic of Artificial Intelligence for UX (AI4UX versus UX4AI) on April 13th.

Dan received the 2019 ACM SigCHI Lifetime Practice award.  The ceremony took place at the Chi2019 conference held in Glasgow Scotland.  He gave his invited talk on “The Business of UX” to a large audience the following day.  Watch the recording on the SigCHI YouTube channel
